Reflections: america

Corporate America comes as a rude shock. While I imagined American excellence as a product of systems and intelligent choices, One finds that most American executives and managers spent most of their time rehashing Business school jargons and catch phrases. Too bad...it has resulted in a country of jargon jugglers with very few people to do real actual work. Not that this is unique to America , but the extent to which this model has pervaded the system is mind boggling. Compensations of American executives has skyrocketing to levels where it seems humanly impossible to spend that salary with any regard to conspicuousness.

American CEOs and their boardroom bed partners are instrumental in sharing the booty of the profit of their collective success that can be attributed to many hard workers employees. It seems too much emphasis has been given to leadership as a educational and skill trait than an inherent human ability.
